How to identify issues in TenX

Accessing Logs

Windows

  1. Hit the Windows Key

  2. Type "Run"

  3. Type "%appdata%"

  4. Scroll down to the TenX Folder

  5. Click on Logs, all your task logs are there in text format

Mac/OS

  1. Go to Finder

  2. Library

  3. Application Support

  4. Silk

  5. Logs
