Premint filters for Twitter are as follows: Can be filtered unless older than 90 days - Can be filtered unless more than 100 followers.
Understanding Twitter Accounts
"Aged" Accounts These are accounts that were created some while ago. Usually > 90 days old and sometimes multiple years. The older the account, the better they are and more expensive usually. Older accounts tend to not get banned as easily.
PVA/SMS Accounts You want accounts that have been verified via SMS or else you will very quickly lose access to those accounts. Don't buy the cheap accounts that are soft registered AKA only email.
